About the role

Due to continued success, Altrad are seeing an experienced and well organised Site Administrator to join our site team on the Ichthys LNG, located in Darwin NT. This position attracts a full-time contract, working on a Monday – Friday roster, and therefore would require the expertise of a local / residential Darwin candidate.

Commencing immediately, you will report to the Site Lead and be responsible for but not limited to;-

  • Preparation of daily timesheets and daily force reports
  • Accurate Document Control of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Compilation of meeting minutes as and when required
  • Filing and distributing queries and forms submitted by the work force
  • Organize and manage site access requests for visitors and personnel
  • Organize and track PPE issuance to members of the workforce
  • Assist with the tracking, expedition, collection, and goods receipting of orders
  • Assist with the accurate preparation and data entry of stock takes
  • Assist the HSE and QAQC teams with maintaining records
  • Assist the Project Controls/Planner with the compilation of weekly and monthly reports and processing of weekly payrolls as and when required
  • Provide general administrative support and assistance to the site team as directed

About you

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Administrative role, preferably in an engineering or contracting environment
  • Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
  • Proven proficient MS Office skills, with a focus on Work, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively both independently and within team environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Must currently live local in Darwin, and able to work a local roster
  • Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
