About the role

Due to Altrad recently being awarded a new project, we are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our on-site team in Geraldton. This role is available for someone seeking a 2:1 roster (FIFO from Perth only) or a local Geraldton candidate, operating on a family friendly Monday – Friday, 10-hour day roster.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a global organization serious about investing in its people to support this growing demand! You will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Site office support, accurate data entry and filing
  • Prompt consolidation of daily timesheets and daily force reports
  • Assist the Document Controller with document control requirements as required
  • Filing and distributing queries and forms submitted by the work force
  • Assist the Material Controller with the tracking, expedition, collection and goods receipting of orders in PRONTO
  • Assist the Trainer/Assessor with maintaining training records
  • Assist the Quality Advisor(s) with the filing and compilation of scope MDRs
  • Assist the Scheduler/Planner(s) with the compilation of periodic reports and processing of weekly payrolls as and when required

About you

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Administrative role, preferably in an engineering or contracting environment
  • Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
  • Proven proficient MS Office skills, with a focus on Work, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively both independently and within team environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Must currently live local in Geraldton, and able to work a local roster
  • Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
