Our multidisciplinary service offering includes the traditional services of scaffolding, rope access, insulation, protective coatings & blasting and passive fire protection as well as specialist services such as refractory, asbestos management, and advanced industrial cleaning and vaccumation of heat exchangers, pipes, tanks and vessels using high pressure water and chemicals.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Site Administrator’s for casual, on-going work across shutdown projects in the Pilbara. These opportunities are available for those local to Newman Hub area and Coastal regions of the Pilbara (Port Hedland, Cape Lambert and Dampier).

The successful candidate will be joining a fast-faced shutdown / maintenance team on site and will ideally have a sound background in administration in a mine site environment. The role will be offered on a casual basis, working where shutdown work is available.

As part of our Shutdown Execution team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of time sheets and reviewing gate data prior to submission for sign off
  • Meeting craft arriving from the flights and departures to ensure EC’s, Supervisor and Safety remain on site
  • Maintaining vehicle receipting on arrival and updating registers
  • Preparation of reporting of data collection from EC’s, Supervisors and HSE.
  • General administration roles which EC’s and supervisors would normally complete
  • All other general site Administration tasks as required and assigned by the Shutdown Execution team

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a site administration capacity, preferably in a mine site shutdown environment
  • Current and Valid Western Australian Driver’s License – preferably manual
  • High level of attention and accuracy to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Previous exposure working within a multi-cultural workforce
  • Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
  • Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
