The Position

Mobilisation Administrator required to join the team due to rapid growth across our projects. The successful candidate will assist the recruitment team in end to end recruitment and mobilisation administration of candidates to project sites across Australia. About the role

  • Delivering administrative tasks to support to on-going maintenance and major projects
  • Scheduling and booking of Pre-Employment Medicals
  • Booking of pre-mobilisation training specific to project sites
  • Use of various client approval systems for third party verification and site access
  • Maintaining personnel records and training folders
  • Ensuring Cape Australia audit compliance and document control

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years' administration experience preferably supporting a recruitment or mobilization department
  • Experience working within a contractor or labor hire environment, preferably on major projects and on-going maintenance operations
  • Experience using internal recruitment and mobilization tools such as FastTrack 360, ERMS
  • Accustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Well organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
