The Position

Mobilisation Coordinator required to join our team due to rapid growth across our projects. This position plays a critical role in mobilization of a large workforce for long and short-term maintenance assignments across numerous mine sites in the Northwest.

This role will operate on 9 days on, 5 days off roster, working 10-hour days based in the Perth, CBD office.

About the role

  • Create and maintain accurate records in “Roster Manager”, of active personnel being utilised on all active sites and maintain their required qualifications
  • System set up, maintenance and development for “Roster Manager”
  • Management of all job requests / shutdowns in “Roster Manager”
  • Work with operational and recruitment teams to develop forecasts/reports to ensure informed planning of manning and flag up any major gaps
  • Initiate regular meetings with operational personal to ensure their needs are being met
  • Working with the Travel Coordinator to develop travel and transit accommodation plans to and from point of hire as required

About you

  • 3 yeas’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a contractor or labor hire environment mobilising and demobilizing large numbers of blue-collar employees across multiple sites
  • Experience working within a contractor or labor hire environment, preferably on major projects and on-going maintenance operations
  • Experience with Rostering systems, including ERMS is highly advantageous
  • Accustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Well organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
